1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and services of The Kannan Group, LLC ("TKG," "we," "us," or "our"), including our consulting services, funding-referral services, and the online application for financing. By accessing our website or submitting an application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.

2. Description of services

TKG provides strategic business consulting and helps businesses identify, prepare for, and access capital, including but not limited to merchant cash advances, term loans, lines of credit, SBA loans, and other financing products. TKG may act as a consultant, broker, or referral partner and does not guarantee approval, funding amount, or terms offered by any third-party lender or funding source. Final funding decisions and terms are made solely by the applicable lender or capital provider.

3. Eligibility and accuracy of information

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent to use our application. You agree that all information you submit, including business, financial, and personal information, is true, accurate, and complete, and you agree to promptly notify us of any material change.

4. No financial, legal, or tax advice

Information provided on this website or by our team is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. You should consult your own qualified professional advisors before making financing or business decisions.

5. Authorization to share information

By submitting an application, you authorize TKG and its affiliates, representatives, successors, assigns, designees, agents, and partners to request and receive investigative reports, credit reports, bank statement data, and other information reasonably necessary to evaluate your application, and to share your application and supporting documents with prospective lenders and funding sources for that purpose.

6. SMS messaging terms

Program and sender. The SMS messaging program described here is operated by The Kannan Group, LLC ("TKG"). Messages sent under this program identify The Kannan Group, LLC as the sender. Messages are sent from a standard 10-digit local phone number, not a short code.

Program description. After you provide affirmative consent, we may send you appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, notices of scheduling changes, replies to questions you send us, and updates about your consultation or financing application. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages unless you separately opt in to marketing messages using a checkbox distinct from any other consent.

Consent. Participation in the SMS program is optional. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, of applying for financing, or of using our website. You may submit any form on this website, including the financing application, without consenting to receive text messages. Where both marketing and non-marketing messaging are offered, each type of consent is collected separately. SMS consent is not bundled into your acceptance of these Terms or our Privacy Policy.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies. The number of messages you receive depends on your appointments, your application activity, and any support requests you make.

Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply to messages we send to you and to messages you send to us. Those charges are governed by your wireless plan. Contact your wireless provider for details about your text and data plan.

Opting out. You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to a message from us. We may send one final message confirming that your opt-out request was processed. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive messages covered by that opt-out unless you provide fresh consent. Rejoining. After opting out, you may rejoin the SMS program by completing the original opt-in process again, or by using an approved re-subscription method such as replying START or UNSTOP where that option is supported. We will not re-enroll you based only on a later purchase or form submission unless you provide fresh SMS consent.

Changes and compliance. We may modify or discontinue the SMS program, or update these SMS messaging terms, at any time. Changes become effective when posted, subject to any notice required by applicable law. This program is intended to comply with applicable messaging laws, wireless carrier requirements, and industry standards.

7. Third-party links and services

Our website may link to or embed third-party services (including scheduling, forms, and document-upload tools). We are not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of third-party services, which are governed by their own terms and policies.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TKG and its officers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services, or from any funding decision made by a third-party lender.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
