We use this information to respond to your inquiries, provide customer support, send appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and scheduling changes, send updates about your consultation or financing application, maintain your opt-out and communication preferences, prevent misuse of the messaging service, and comply with legal, carrier, and platform requirements. We retain sensitive documents only as long as reasonably necessary to process your application and comply with legal requirements, after which they are securely deleted.
